Nonprofit groups and civic organizations are welcome to hold meetings in our conference rooms free of charge.
Our largest meeting space, the Wells Fargo Community Room, has a capacity of up to 80 people, and is equipped with an overhead projector, an electronic whiteboard, basic A/V setup, and wireless or wired Internet connections. Note, due to staff resource limitations we are unable to provide technical support to connect laptops to the projector. Please allow allow time to test the setup and ensure someone on your staff is able to troubleshoot technical issues.
Our three smaller conference rooms can hold 10-14 guests each and are equipped with wireless or wired Internet, whiteboards, and video capability.
To reserve a room, please complete the following form at least two weeks before your event. Meetings with 14 or fewer participants will be assigned to one of the smaller conference rooms. Hours are 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. Monday through Friday. Meetings past 6:45 p.m. require two weeks advance notice and a $25 per hour fee. Be sure to consider and incorporate set-up and breakdown time when placing your reservation.
