What To Bring
Please remember to bring these documents with you to complete your 2011 tax returns.
- Valid photo ID
- Social Security cards or Individual Taxpayer Identification (ITIN) #s for you & anyone else in your household included on your return
- Documentation for all income from work, Social Security or pensions in 2011 including forms W-2, 1099-R, etc.
- Documentation for any education expenses & student loan payments from 2011
- Total $ paid for child care in 2011. Bring day care provider’s address and tax ID number
- If you have a copy, bring your 2010 tax return or a copy of a previous year's return.
- Voided check or checking account numbers if you want to have your refund direct deposited
