Manager of Leadership Giving

Tell us a little about how you Live United by giving, advocating and volunteering in the community.

Jenna joined the United Way of Greater New Haven staff in August 2010, taking lead responsibility for the execution of resource development strategies associated with our Leadership Giving Society. In this position she focuses on donor relations, helping individuals achieve their philanthropic goals, and also supports efforts to strengthen United Way’s partnerships with Yale University and local businesses.

Prior to joining United Way, she earned a Master of Public Affairs degree, with concentrations in nonprofit management and policy analysis, from Indiana University (IU). While at IU, she helped conduct a human services needs assessment for United Way of Monroe County and served as a graduate assistant at The Center on Philanthropy. Originally from the Chicago area, Jenna is getting to know New Haven and enjoys tutoring 2 students at New Haven Reads, one of United Way’s partners in Education.
