NEW HAVEN — City, school and nonprofit leaders gathered at John Martinez School Tuesday as part of an effort to educate parents about all the services available to help students succeed and go to college.



Volunteers will canvass on Saturday and visit students in Fair Haven and the Hill sections of the city and talk to their families about Boost! partnership and the New Haven Promise scholarship program.
