Yale-New Haven Hospital Celebrates United Way Leadership

On November 30^th Yale-New Haven Hospital held an evening cocktail reception at Leon’s Restaurant to recognize and honor the partnership between the Hospital and United Way.

Following a warm welcome from Hospital President and CEO Marna Borgstrom, Principal of Metropolitan Business Academy, Judy Puglisi offered information on the environment and challenges facing New Haven Public Schools. Several speakers from United Way introduced the new BOOST! wraparound services program and how it fits in with the school change initiative and the New Haven Promise.

United Way thanks the Hospital for their ongoing support of our work in creating positive change in the community.
