Foreclosure Program

The program addresses the legal needs of low-income tenants residing in greater New Haven foreclosed properties through free legal representation, educational workshops, and advocacy. The program anticipates providing legal representation to 85 individuals and housing counseling to 1,000 individuals.

Income Assistance

The program provides information, counseling, and legal representation in administrative hearings and in court to assist families to increase and/or stabilize their family economic security. The program anticipates providing legal representation to 90 individuals and to educate/counsel 750 individuals on entitlement rights.
