- Teams of two reviewers will conduct 2 to 3 site visits each
- Teams contact the Program Contact listed on the application (provided in Form 1) to schedule a site visit
- Site visits typically are 1.5 to 2 hours in length
- The site visits area great time to ask questions about information that was incomplete or unclear in the application
- Update your evaluation form post-site visit for the programs you visited
In addition, please consider the following questions when on your site visit:
1. Does the program align with United Way strategies and results?
2. Do you have a clear understanding of changes (outcomes/results) the agency wants to help clients achieve?
3. Is there a clear and strong plan to achieve those changes (outcomes/results) for clients?
