2010 Community Investment Application

 

Please read all of the information provided on the 2010 community investment process before submitting an application.
 
The 2010 community investment process is a competitive RFP process open to organizations that:
  • Are incorporated 501(c)3 organizations or have contracted with a fiduciary
  • Serve residents in our twelve-town service area (Bethany, Branford, East Haven, Guilford, Hamden, Madison, New Haven, North Branford, North Haven, Orange, West Haven, Woodbridge)    
  • Can demonstrate their program’s alignment with the UWGNH desired results and strategies in the areas of Success By Six and Income, and how the people they serve will be better off as a result of services funded by UWGNH
 
 
For FY11 there will be an open and competitive funding opportunity for programs in SUCCESS BY 6, ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITY, AND HOUSING.   Successful applicants will show how their program aligns with the specific strategies and desired result outlined in the UWGNH Agenda for Change.  Organizations may submit multiple program applications for FY11 funding (July 1, 2010 through June 30, 2011).

All applications are due on March 25, 2010 by 4:00 p.m.  Applications received after that deadline will not be considered for funding.  All applications must be submitted through eCImpact – no hardcopy applications will be accepted.

2010 Financial Report: May be submitted via eCImpact (as part of the agency packet) in lieu of a recent audit or review by an independent auditor.
