Leadership Circle

United Way of Greater New Haven’s Leadership Circle was established in 1938 to recognize individuals making the outstanding annual commitment of one thousand dollars or more. Since its inception, the Leadership Circle’s membership has grown to include the most prominent and caring of our community leaders.

The members of the United Way of Greater New Haven Leadership Circle are a special group of people who come from all walks of life. From our Alexis de Tocqueville Society members to our Gold Circle donors, the most notable characteristic commonly found among leadership givers is an exceptionally generous spirit, a desire to act on that spirit and a commitment to our community.

They are a inspiration to others in their organizations and neighbors.
