Nonprofit groups and civic organizations are welcome to hold meetings in our conference rooms free of charge.
Our largest meeting space, the Wells Fargo Community Room, has a capacity of up to 80 people, and is equipped with an overhead projector, an electronic whiteboard, basic A/V setup, and wireless or wired Internet connections.
Our three smaller conference rooms can hold 10-14 guests each and are equipped with wireless or wired Internet, whiteboards, and video capability.
To reserve a room, please complete the following form at least two weeks before your event. Meetings with 14 or fewer participants will be assigned to one of the smaller conference rooms. Hours are 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. Monday through Friday. Meetings past 6:45 p.m. require two weeks advance notice and a $25 per hour fee.
