Nonprofit groups and civic organizations are welcome to hold meetings in our Wells Fargo Community Room and smaller conference rooms free of charge.
Our largest meeting space, the Wells Fargo Community Room has a capacity of up to 80 people, and is equipped with an overhead projector, an electronic whiteboard, basic A/V setup, and wireless or wired Internet connections.
Our three conference rooms can hold from 10-14 guests, each equipped with wireless or wired Internet, whiteboards, and video capability.
To reserve one of our meeting rooms, please complete the following form at least two weeks before your event. Meetings with 14 or fewer participants will be assigned to one of our three smaller conference rooms. Hours are 7 a.m. until 9 p.m. Monday through Friday only. Meetings past 6:45 p.m. require two weeks advance notice and a $25 per hour fee.
