Harwood Institute Event
Submitted by Andrew Eder on
As a United Way board member, I attended on the first day and came back for part of the second day (my schedule did not allow for the full day which I would have done gladly). Not only did the time spent at the event get me to think deeply, but also it made for much self reflection during the days following.
Specifically, "Identifying Aspirations" was very helpful to me in thinking about both my community and my business life. I was able to sort out some steps that will be necessary to make some changes that had been in the back of my mind, but never seemed to have action steps attached. Clearly, a pretty good movement. I now have a written plan on a particular topic that our company needs to tackle.
