"Unspoken": A Teenage Take on Growing Up in New Haven

Join us for a movie screening of "Unspoken", a new film by Youth Rights Media on Thursday, October 4th at 6pm in our Wells Fargo Community Room in our office at 370 James Street, New Haven.  Bring your friends and family and enjoy this eye-opening documentary about how area youth turn the camera on themselves and reveal their hopes and dreams for a healthier New Haven, offering their ideas for reducing — and possibly preventing — gun violence.

"Unspoken" is a documentary in which youth explore causes and effects of youth violence through personal stories and candid interviews, giving voice to what is often Unspoken.  An informal discussion with the young filmmakers from Youth Rights Media follows the screening.
