United Way's Boost! Directory Updates

We are currently asking all programs and organizations listed in the directory to review their information and to respond with any corrections that need to be updated for the next printing of the guide. We are also accepting additions to the directory, utilizing the same form. 
 

If your organization or department has multiple sites, please fill out a separate form for each of them, even if they all provide the same services. If these sites offer varying services, please indicate which are available at that location.
