I remember a very long time ago (about two years ago), I attempted to help create a blog within this very organization with a very “pie in the sky” attitude. It didn’t happen. I got caught up in trying to write blogs in an organizational, impersonal tone and not staying true to MY voice. Now years later, I find myself a little older, a littler wiser and finally “I get it.”
